Attorney Molly Anthony has spent her entire legal career working for the interests of children and families undergoing life transitions. Early in her career, Molly was fortunate to be mentored by an attorney who taught her to focus on the needs of her clients to help them achieve a peaceful, dignified resolution to family law disputes. Molly learned to get the results her clients and their children needed without unnecessary hostility.

As a mother herself, Molly understands that a priority of divorcing parents is shielding their children from conflict. Children are often the innocent victims of their parents’ divorces, and Molly works to protect them from the stress of divorce while fostering conditions that will help parents work together for their childrens’ sake in the years to come.

Molly recognizes that every marriage and every family is different, and she believes that every divorce should be, too. She established Southpark Family Law in 2015 to offer clients divorce options customized to their family’s unique needs, and designed to help them work toward the future they want to build. She is an experienced mediator and is also trained as a Collaborative Divorce attorney. Prior to becoming an attorney, Molly worked in the banking industry for seven years. That experience helped to equip her to deal with the financial intricacies of divorce and to advocate knowledgeably and effectively for her clients’ financial needs.

Molly’s favorite part of her work is spending time really getting to know her clients, helping them explore their options, and helping them navigate the often challenging family law process. Molly takes pride in helping clients move from grief and anxiety when they first come into the office, to hope and optimism for the future when their case has resolved.

When not in the office, Molly enjoys spending time with her family, running, riding horses, solving crossword puzzles, and reading.
